The PemaGatshel Dzongkhag Administration successfully conducted an Orientation Programme for newly recruited contract teachers, support staff, and ESP/GSP personnel.
The programme was graced by Dasho Dzongdag and Dzongrab, who shared valuable words of wisdom and encouraged the new recruits to uphold integrity, professionalism, and dedication in serving the Tsa-Wa-Sum. The orientation also included sessions on the Bhutan Civil Service Rules and Regulations (BCSR), culture etiquette, and sector-specific responsibilities to help participants transition smoothly into their new roles.
