The Mid-Term Review of the 13th Five-Year Plan (13FYP) for PemaGatshel Dzongkhag was successfully conducted today. The session was chaired by the Hon’ble Minister for Agriculture and Livestock and attended by officials from OCASC, RCSC, MoF, Members of Parliament, Dzongkhag sector heads, and Local Government representatives.
During the review, the Dzongkhag Administration and Gewogs presented progress updates, highlighting that most planned activities are on track. However, some implementation challenges were noted, particularly in relation to meeting the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) under the seven LGKRAs.
The meeting also assessed proposed new activities and discussed the rationalization of existing plans. This included the removal of less relevant activities to ensure better alignment with current priorities and strategic objectives.
