On the joyous occasion of the 36th Birth Anniversary of Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen, the Department of Culture and Dzongkha Development conducted a Driglam Namzha training programme for the Dzongkhag Administration. The training reflected on the preservation of our national identity and cultural values and tradition.
The programme included both presentations and practical sessions, providing staff with valuable insights into Bhutanese etiquette and culture, followed by an engaging question-and-answer session. The training served as a timely reminder of the importance of preserving and promoting our rich cultural identity while commemorating the special birth anniversary of Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen.
