Welcoming Our New Educators & Celebrating Growth! 
The PemaGatshel Dzongkhag Administration conducted an orientation programme for our newly placed PGDE graduates, alongside teachers who have successfully completed their Master’s programmes today.
A special Trashi Delek programme was organized to honor and appreciate both groups of educators for their dedication and investment in advancing their learning journey. 
The programme was graced by Dasho Dzongrab along with sector heads, who shared valuable insights. Dasho Dzongrab spoke on the importance of cultivating a growth mindset, grounding the discussion in the science of the brain – inspiring our educators to embrace continuous learning and resilience in their careers.
The Dzongkhag Education Sector also outlined the expectations of both the Dzongkhag and the Ministry from our fresh graduates, who enthusiastically committed to giving their very best from day one of their service.
