As the 13th Annual Moenlam Chhenmo draws to a close, the Dzongkhag extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Moenlam Chhenmo committees and representatives from Mongar Dzongkhag, Trashigang Dzongkhag, and Trashiyangtse Dzongkhag for gracing the final prayer ceremony with their presence and joining in the collective prayers.
