The Dzongkhag Administration, PemaGatshel, extends its warmest and most heartfelt welcome to our four Pelsups-Pema Lhamo, Tshering Peldon, Pema Zangmo and Phurpa Wangdi upon the successful completion of the rigorous three-month Pelsung Programme at GMC.
Their return marks not only the culmination of an intensive period of training and personal growth, but also the beginning of a renewed chapter of service. Having successfully completed the programme, they rejoined the Administration with enhanced knowledge, strengthened discipline, and revitalized energy to serve the TSA-WA-SUM with unwavering dedication, integrity and loyalty.
