In keeping with age old tradition, PemaGatshel Rabdey shifted to its winter residence at Druk Migyur Dechen Dzong today.
The Soeltab procession from the Old Dzong to Druk Migyur Dechen Dzong was led by the Venerable Lama Neten of the Dratshang. Along the route, devotees and well-wishers received blessings from the sacred statue of Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel, marking it as a spiritually enriching occasion.
At Druk Migyur Dechen Dzong, the Soeltab was received by officials of the Dzongkhag Administration, regional office representatives and the business community of Denchhi, symbolizing harmony and reverence as the monastic body begins its winter residence.
