On the joyous occasion of the 118th National Day, Pema Gatshel Dzongkhag joined the nation in offering heartfelt prayers for peace, happiness, and prosperity for our King, Country, and People.
The day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and within the best capacity of all residents of the Dzongkhag. The celebrations featured a series of memorable programmes, beginning with kurims and zhabten. These were followed by a variety of cultural performances and entertainment activities, including tug-of-war and Trashi Labay, and concluded with the night of vibrant songs and dances.
In the spirit of unity and joy shared by people from all walks of life, and guided by a profound understanding of the golden words of wisdom of His Majesty the King, we reaffirm our unwavering dedication, loyalty, and devotion to the Tsa-Wa-Sum.
