Welcome Dasho Dzongrab

Coinciding with good Zakar, Mr. Jamyang Cheda took office as the new Sr. Dzongrab  of PemaGatshel Dzongkhag today.
Before his transfer to the Dzongkhag, he worked in Mongar Dzongkhag as the Sr. Dzongrab.
The handing-taking ceremony was preceded , by lighting of butter lamps and prayers in the Kuenray of the Dzong. 
Regional Heads joined the officials of the Dzongkhag Administration in offering Tashi Khadar to the new Dzongrab.
