The Pema Gatshel Dzongkhag Administration is privileged to welcome back honorable Dasho Phuntsho as he rejoins the Dzongkhag as Dzongda of the Dzongkhag.
Dasho who retired early this month, has returned to Pema Gatshel Dzongkhag to serve as Dzongda, upon command from His Majesty the King. Dasho shared his happiness and joy to be able to serve the people of Pema Gatshel Dzongkhag a second time and wishes to serve the people of the Dzongkhag with utmost dedication and loyalty.
In fact, the people of the Dzongkhag are overjoyed to welcome honorable Dasho back to the Dzongkhag and we would like to wish Dasho and family a happy and fruitful stay.
