Pema Gatshel Dzongkhag Administration commemorated the 111th National Day at Pema Gatshel Middle Secondary School playground. The big event began with the offering of butterlamps and good prayers for the well being of the Greats. Dasho Dzongda, the chief guest for the day was received with traditional Chibdrel ceremony. Hundreds gathered to witness the event with traditional Bhutanese cultural programs and mask dances. As an initiative from the Dzongkhag, a team organized a distribution of free lotteries where some got to receive attractive prizes.
Amongst all it was such a great opportunity to pay tribute and respect to the Great Monarchs for their unwavering and immeasurable contributions for the welfare of our Country and the People.
