Sensitization on Civil Service Reform

A team led by Dasho Commissioner Tshering Yangden of RCSC held a day long sensitization and advocacy program with the civil servants of Pemagatshel Dzongkhag. The team and participants discussed areas such as National Transformation Initiatives, Civil Service Reform and Leadership assessment modalities. 
It was a very fruitful discussion  and led to greater understanding and appreciation of the reform processes.
