The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Regional Office of Trashigang conducted a comprehensive sensitization program on Integrity Vetting System today at the PemaGatshel Dzongkhag Tshogdu (DT) Hall.
The program was led by the Regional Director along with ACC officials, and was attended by Dasho Dzongdag as Chairperson of DTC, Dasho Drungpa, DTC members, engineers, and accountants of both Dzongkhag Administration and Drungkhag Administration.
The session aimed to raise awareness on the importance of integrity, promote ethical practices in public service, and ensure that the vetting system is effectively understood and implemented. Further, the sensitization program touched on the use of IVS in tendering process as one of the important and critical measures to curb corruption practices in the construction industry.
Participants engaged in insightful question- answer session and reinforced their commitment to fostering a transparent and accountable contract governance system.
