The 32nd Dzongkhag Annual Education Conference with the theme, “Toward Enlightened, Entrepreneurial Educational Leadership," commenced today and will continue until March 18, 2025.
All officials of the Dzongkhag administration joined our Principals at the opening of the Conference.
Dasho Dzongdag shared his thoughts and expectations from the education sector in the Dzongkhag for nation-building and the leadership qualities expected of educational leaders. Some of the core areas he touched upon are:
a. Role of school leaders in enhancing quality of education
b. Enlightened Entrepreneurial Educational Leadership and their core elements
c. Need for school leaders to look beyond the next bend in the road
d. Service before self
We wish our school leaders the very best as they deliberate on important issues and chart ways forward for education system in the Dzongkhag that will transform the lives of our students and teachers under their care.
