The Dzongkhag Administration, Pema Gatshel is pleased to invite applications for enumerators for the conduct of Livestock Census, 2021 from the unemployed university graduates residing within Pema Gatshel Dzongkhag only. The selection procedure for the enumerators shall be based on following conditions:
- University graduates currently residing in Pema Gatshel Dzongkhag (excluding Nganglam Dungkhag due to high risk area)
- Should have andriod cellphones to facilitate CAPI data collection
- Good command over the local dialect (Sharchop Kha) to effectively communicate with respondents.
The selected candidates will be given Enumerators Training from 13th to 15th November 2021 with DSA of Nu.400 per day. Working meal shall be provided throughout the training period. The actual field enumeration shall commence from 16th November 2021 for a duration of 30 days with DSA of Nu.1100 per day. A one-time voucher allowance of Nu.1000 shall be paid for the data collection.
