Successful Orientation and On-boarding Program for New ESP/GSP and Support Staff Recruits

The Orientation and On-boarding Program for 12 new recruits under the ESP/GSP and Support Staff categories were successfully conducted today.

The sessions aims to familiarize the new recruits with their roles and responsibilities while ensuring smooth transition into the civil service.

As part of the sessions, the HRO provided an orientation on the Bhutan Civil Service Rules and Regulations (BCSR 2023), emphasizing on civil service values, ethics, and professional conduct. Chief DEO also oriented the newly recruited staff under the Education sector on key policies, standards and expectations, while Dy. Chief DAO outlined Agriculture sector’s focus areas, service delivery and community development.

The program successfully laid a strong foundation for the recruits, empowering them to uphold integrity and professionalism in their respective roles. The Dzongkhag Administration remains committed to nurturing a dedicated and well-informed workforce to serve the community and the nation with grit, agility and commitment.
