The 15-day Entrepreneurship Training for Aggregators, organized by the Dzongkhag Administration in collaboration with the Department of Employment and Entrepreneurship (DoEE), MoICE and the Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives (DAMC) concluded today.
The training is intended to promote entrepreneurship and self-employment as viable career options while contributing to income generation by equipping participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to initiate and manage their own businesses. It also aimed to develop domestic marketing by encouraging aggregators to actively participate in the promotion and marketing of products and produces from PemaGatshel Dzongkhag.
A total of 20 participants that include 6 aggregators from six gewogs and 14 youth from the Dzongkhag successfully completed the program.
