During the visit, Dasho and team met with the staff of Nganglam Dungkhag Administration, Gewog administrations and public of the Gewogs. Dasho shared his thoughts and Key Result Areas for Pema Gatshel Dzongkhag that will form the basis of priorities for the next plan period and annual plans. Expectations for everyone in the Dzongkhag striving hard to achieve national goals and aspirations were also shared.
Dasho also conveyed the core focus areas that each one of us must uphold at all times viz:

Further, Dasho also stressed on the capitalization on potential economic activities in the Dzongkhag, importance of good educational practices for building future-ready youth, engagement in agriculture and livestock activities and skills development.
Dasho and the team visited some of the following income generating projects in the Gewogs;
I. Milk Processing Unit
II. Agro Processing Unit (fermented soyabean cheese at Dechheling & Casava flour at Chokorling)
III. Bahudar Land Development sites
In addition, Dasho inaugurated new MPU at Norbugang (Zambhala Gonor Detshen benefiting 65 households) & Tshatshi MPU (benefiting 62 households of Tshatshi & Dagor Chiwog). Dasho also met with the participants of tailoring skills program at Dechheling (27 trainees) and carpentry training (20 trainees) at Nanong Gewog.
It was an arduous yet most fulfilling trip around the Dzongkhag.
