A New Chapter for Agriculture in PemaGatshel!
The Aggregator Network, Pemagatshel (AGN) is taking a major step forward-this network will be registered under the Department of Agricultural Marketing and Cooperatives (DAMC) as a formal group, marking a significant milestone in organized and accountable agricultural marketing in our Dzongkhag.
These dedicated aggregators from across our gewogs have come together under one coordinated network to:
1. Connect farmers directly to markets
2. Ensure fair and stable pricing
3. Supply fresh, local produce to schools and institutions
This is just the beginning of a longer journey toward building a stronger and more organized agricultural marketing system for the farmers of PemaGatshel Dzongkhag.
